Bring back the monthly automatic loyalty credit apply to payment

I found it's annoying that we keep on have to log in each month to deduct the credits/points toward the next payment . Please bring back the automatic deduction. Or is there a way that we can set it so we don't have to do it manually like before?

No Data roll over !!

I previously had a plan with lots of data every month and hardly used it. I decided to switch my plan to one without data hoping to use up the data from the previous plan. But everything went away! Absolutely awful!!
