@snippard whad'ya mean transfer the number ? You cannot trfansfer numbers between Public Mobile accounts though.You can select a new number once a month.ed....I see now, what he meant.

@Djdjdj the only pin I can think of is your Public Mobile pin number that you selected during plan activation. Log in to your account > Profile...you can find it there. Your PM account needs to be active in order to port away.

@johntang you can only change your plan to whatever is currently available in your account. If you're trying to downgrade plans...that's not easily done.
