Son has a $15 plan currently, but rec'd a sms offer of talk/text and 2 GB's data for $19. Usually the $19 plan only included 1 GB data. Can he assume that if he agrees to this offer, the 2GB's will continue or is there some "fine print" he's missing...

Has anyone else had this experience ? When I respond / reply to a message in the Community Forum, my response message will disappear as soon as I refresh or leave the page. Anyone else ? I won't de surprised if even this message disappears.

Public Mobile seems to have substantially increased data for my $15 plan. I know the $15 plan isn't available any longer, but if you happen to still have this plan, see if you got a raise too !!

@PM_Customer1 the port process requires your old account to still be active...is it ? Leave their sim in the cell and you'll recieve a confirmation of your port request...to which you must text YES within 90 mins...did that occur ? If so, now remove ...
