To my understanding FIRST number in data shows how much data I have USED. Second number shows max allowed as per Plan.Agent claims FIRST number is how much data I have LEFT (meaning I used 487.86MB).I believe agent is Incorrect.

Strange... If you can receive 2FA through PM network you should receive 'normal' SMS too.Maybe you are blocking 'unknown' callers and whoever sends you SMS doe not provide caller id?

Higher Data plans are your allowance per 30 days! But you cannot carryover data into next billing period. Use it or lose it.
