SMS not working

Hello, I've just transferred to PM. Phone and data is working fine. However SMS (sending and receiving) is not working.

Fraud phone call from my number.

Somebody called to tell me they received a fraudulent type recorded msg that came from my phone number.  Coincidentally I've received 3 other phone calls today all from numbers starting in 250-888-xxxx, one of them left me the msg.  What should I do?
