100% Data used message, but data remains in my account balance

Hi! I’ve just received the 100% data used text message. However, if I check my account balances it shows I have over half of my data still available. FYI, this is my first month after switching to a plan with more data. Appreciate any help! Thanks!

why wont my public mobile account take my new credit card? its the same card same card number i have always used just a new expiry date n cvv number. its acatvated also.. also can i use 1 credit card for more then 1 public mobile accoount?

Picture Messaging

I cannot receive picture messages from networks other than Public Mobile. Data is on; APN is correct; swapped SIM cards; tried another phone....even upgraded my plan, but the problem still persists.

Resolved! Account page down?

When I enter my password to sign in it loads a "this page is down or unavailable for maintenance. Click below to go to my acc page." Both links don't work... is this scheduled maintenance? I only need to change my payment info for my plan.

Can't make calls from US with roaming add-on
