Cyber Monday deals

I'm trying to purchase a phone plan (because they're so cheap!). I just paid for a SIM card, but I can't buy the plan without the Sim number in my hand, how do I buy the cyber Monday deal?

So yesterday I changed my plan to the new 45$ 20gb at 4g , I have confirmation on the website it would be changed on the billing cycle which is today , this morning the money came out but my plan is the same , can someone help me ?
