Number port issue

I am having trouble porting my number to public mobile. I missed 90 minutes authorization text. Now i don't know what to do. I submitted a ticket on community site but didn't get reply yet

Data stopped working

I went out of town and my data stopped working. Had to rely on finding wifi spots the whole trip. Was in big cities (Toronto and Kingston) so coverage should not have been an issue. Checked my data limits and I was not over. Now is working fine again...
