sort Out my challenge

hi! Have an issue about my sim unfortunately before I started use it, I never registered it under my name, so what can I do to register under my identity???

Resolved! Changing SIM card

Current SIM stopped working after last phone update. Purchased new SIM. Attempted to change the SIM number under my account settings, but every time I select “save changes” nothing happens. Please advise.

Login/account information

I was setting up my account, switching from bell. I transfered my number over. I can call out and text out, just can't receive phone calls in. It goes straight to my voice-mail. Also, it's not letting me sign into my account.

I cannot find my account

I have two Public Mobile phone numbers. I need to discontinue the second one. I cannot recall the email address associated with the second number, or the PIN. I know the plan I have and the phone number and the credit card used for auto pay. Help!
