Resolved! Can’t enter new SIM card number

I am trying to enter a new SIM card number in my existing account, but when I try to update it just clears the number. I am wondering if I need to suspend the service first and then reactivate, then will I be able to update it?

Time loop in Usage Report

I found something bizarre in my Usage Report. It starts out normal, showing usage for Nov 29 and then 28... but then it goes back and shows more entries for Nov 29 before continuing on with Nov 28!How many Nov 28/29 are there?Say what??
