Hello I am a returning costumer to fido, right now my phone is under another company but as a previous costumer of Public I decided, to return and get my services with Public again . but I have been trying to log into my account and it is not allowing me, I even changed the password with no success. please can someone help me ?

after you left, your old account was closed

So, you need to use the PM app to subscribe and create a new account.  And you can use the same email address.  

And a reminder, you cannot use the old PM sim card for this new activation, you need a new sim card
