Login issue with the Public app and refund request

Hello,

I signed up for Public today, and to my surprise, while the payment process went smoothly, I encountered an issue when trying to log in through the iPhone app—it simply doesn’t work. There are numerous complaints online about this problem, and it seems that no one from Public is addressing it.

How am I supposed to proceed? If I can’t log in, how can I request a transfer? If this issue cannot be resolved, I would like to cancel my plan and receive a refund for the amount already paid.

Thank you for sending both links.

I was unable to register through the app because it also shows an error when I click to start.

yes, it is not uncommon, but PM can help to complete the activation for you

 Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here

you started the subscription using the website, you should have started using the app and it would not have the problem you are facing now
