Urgent Request to Renew My Phone Number

I’ve been a long-time customer, but I couldn’t pay my bill recently. Today marks the 90-day renewal deadline, and I was planning to make the payment. For some reason, I wasn’t able to pay, but I’m ready to do so now and really need to keep my number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Please assist me with this issue.

Oh geez your cutting it close! If you still haven't paid your best bet right now is to pay via Muskbird.com. Create your account. Choose Public Mobile-RTR (instant top up/real time payment). Enter your 10 digit phone #. Pay. Using interac e-transfer from your bank account has the cheapest fee (0.03% or $0.03 per $10) otherwise it's 10% or $1 (surcharge) per $10.

RTR will instantly add the funds to your account balance and reactivate your account as long as the amount t paid equals or exceeds your plan amount and your account is not suspended via lost/stolen. If your account us suspended via lost/stolen then you have to log in and unsuspend it via lost/stolen to be able to reactivate your account manually by applying the account balance in your cart to pay for your plan.

Do this by 2am eastern preferably but you may (no guarantees) have until 6am eastern before deactivation occurs. Sooner is better than later.🤞

The 90 day might have passed already. If you have your cc information you can call *611 from another phone and make a payment. Or from another phone 1 855 4public.
