So now they told me they put in the request to change my email . But now my messages to the CSM are gone I don’t know my phone number and it’s been 30 hours. How do I private message or Create a ticket

Click on the Chat icon and type in “Submit a Ticket” then Contact or if that didn’t work to help with login to your account to change your email.
