I triple checked when I typed in the emei number during transfer, but after the port out you said it was wrong.
Waiting for a callback, 90 minute window is expiring.

Using IMEI doesn't always fail. The vast majority of the time, it works fine. There are also some cases of porting from certain brands that the customer is supposed to use IMEI. While it's true that account number should be used most times, it shouldn't always be used.
