WHY IS THERE ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH PUBLIC LATELYHELP ME I JABE IMPORTANT PHONE CALLS TO MAKE

Trying to open new account for a new number because I locked out of my recovery email and number because someone stole my phone.It accepted my money but says activation error.I submitted a ticket but what the heck  is going on
