Can't log into account

I can't log into my account. I complete the sign in, enter the code but I seem to be on the general page and there is no way I can get to my account with my credit card info, etc.

@Natalya_Belich clear cache, go incognito mode. Use another device. If still no luck, might be account settings error and you would need to contact Public Mobile directly for help.
