Porting number from Fizz to Public didn't go through

Hi, I've just attempted to port my number from Fizz to Public and it didn't go through. Is the best way to use the Fizz account number or IMEI?  I used the account number.

Seems some people have porting issues using the account number as Fizz only has 8 digits and Public requires a 12 digit format. I added 0000 before the Fizz 8 digit account number and it didn't lead to a successful port.

Any current info on this process and what I can do to complete the port would be great, thanks!

Ok good to know it actually does work for some people who enter 4 leading zeros then the account number. Thanks.

i have similar situation with my friend's activation, I put 4 leading zeros before the account number and it worked for me

Contacted a CS Agent and he was able to enter the Fizz account number correctly on his end without any zeros and the port was completed. 

My question is how to enter the Fizz 8 digit account number into the 12 digit format public requires.  You cannot continue the process in the app without 12 digits.  I put 0000 before my account number and it didn't work so for any people porting from Fizz you could try to put your account number first then 0000.  Anyone who has ported from Fizz to Public, how did you enter your Fizz account number? @lifeincluded how did you enter your account number if you ported over from Fizz? 

This may help people in the future porting over without having to contact CS to fix.
