Hi I was chatting with a Public Mobile community customer service agent and they helped unscramble my email address with my Mom's account. BUT now my mom's account isn't working. I also cannot access my old account to see what the new message from public Mobile is.
My Mom can't log in. Please someone help. Thank you!
