Accepted an offering to increase data to 5 G. Receiving texts stating I am near limit of 2.5 G (my old limit)????

It will probably switch over to the new plan on your next renewal date so you won’t be charge for the new plan right away and no refund on used days on your old plan.

you should first login My Account and check what is the usage showing there. If it does show a 2.5 limit there, then it is not right
you can try to ask PM support agent to confirm as well. You can submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

How long ago did you upgrade? Maybe the system did not update yet?
