I think the old rewards were just a stepping stone to get the business going. Now they have enough people that they do not need that to bring people in. They still have some rewards and referral points.

How many hours ago did you port your number?When I did it it took a few hours to get full service. So it is possible the transfer is still somewhat in progress.

Can take up to 3 weeks. When I ordered mine it came in 4 business days.

You should still be getting points that you can redeem for $15 your next bill. Maybe try to use a different browser if you keep getting error.
