I want to change my subscription but when I view the options through my account they are not the same as when I view them on the website. I can’t see the one I want.

Currently online there are only 3 options available to current customers. The rest are all for new customers only. If you go to the app on the phone and check "change subscription" there may be other options geared for you. Check it out.
