Hi! I'm trying to downgrade from the 29 dollars a month subscription from the 23 dollar subscription but it's not showing up when I log in. Can anyone please help me to change it to the 23 dollar subscription? Thank you in advance.

sorry, the $23 is "Available for new activations only". You won't be able to get it as you are existing subscribers
you can try to ask PM, but many did and got declined
if you want to try asking PM , open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@NorLap unfortunately PM has changed what plans we can select from and it seems to be based on what we currently have, so the don't mind us changing to more expensive plans but they don't seem to want us to be able to choose cheaper ones. Whatever you are seeing available to you under your account is what you are limited to. You could try and contact a CS agent but it doesn't sound like others have had any luck. Check back frequently, several plans expired yesterday so they may have something new to surprise us

@NorLap regrettably if that plan is not showing up in your account when you are logged, in that means you cannot downgrade to it.
You can only downgrade to what is showing as available.
Public Mobile has made it this way for a few months now.
