@kykyuen a lot of this strategy will have to do with timing. If you select the Change Now option then you forfeit any remaining days left that you paid for and there is typically no refund for that so most people will choose Change on renewal option ...

@FordMaple I don't believe Public Mobile has control on how your name will appear, my understanding is that the name a person has saved your contact info with is what should show up when you call
