But the Rewards is still a decent savings, we still savings 5% out of it

thanks for your reply, however PM had changed the business model lately, starting with the reward points, no downgrades and so on....despite multiple years with PM, loyalty does not seem to be appreciated anymore, therefore I am pushed to look for alternate providers

hi @bureaadr10 it is hard to downgrade a $35 plan.  PM is running targeted marketing now and only offer some plans to each customer but not all.  Sorry, if you dont see the $29 plan, there is no way you can get it.  Support won't help with plan change either

I am on 34$ 50GB 5G plan and looking to downgrade to 29$ 20GB 5G promotion which is back until Jan.6th.

I guess PM didn't get as many subscriptions as they would hope for so they have to extend it
