the plan price won't change itself, you have to go into My Account and Change Subscription page to see what other plans are offered.
Gi and check Change Subscription weekly as the system can offer different plans

@JamesC You can only change to plans that you see offered in your account, usually they are the more expensive plans but not always. Was the $35 plan offered under "change subscription"? If so, could you have been trying to make the change on the actual renewal date (not the same as selecting "change on renewal" beforehand).

There are two options when changing to a higher plan. One, change right away. Second is start at the Renewal Date. If you do change the plans, take a screenshot of the plan change. Were you charged twice?
The options are the same even for customers switching to a lower priced plan, and whether switching to a higher or lower priced plan with an immediate change would still cause full payment to be due immediately.
