How long is required to have a rate plan change? I tried to update to the 60GB (35) CanUSMex rate but was still charged for the 50GB (39).

I need to know if PM Has a reporting system for stolen phones with IMEI.I don't think the lost stolen feature in My Account is appropriate at this point since I have already changed phones and purchased a new SIM Card so I'm not sure what can happen ...
