Is there a problem with the website/app?

I can't log in to my profile. I'm using my saved information on my phone with my fingerprint, and when I log in, Public Mobile sends me to a generic page which instructs me to set up my new acc't.Anyone else had a similar issue?

Resolved! Wifi calling and network limitations

I recently needed to use wifi calling as I was unable to obtain network.  Had i known about these two limitations i may have reconsidered another provider.  When will pm provide wifi calling and improve the access to other networks

Resolved! e-sim failed to activate three times

Followed all instructions, in addition reset iPhone network settings, rebooted phone, after deleting previous esims. Phone has no physical SIM card. At $15 and counting but still no phone service.

Activation

We created an account for my son and tried to use the eSim but his phone wasn't compatible so then we ordered a Sim card and have since installed it but I cannot continue with activating his account.

Just switched to public no texts yet

I switched to public mobile from virgin 2 days ago and still don’t have texts and iMessage . I have data and calls but not texts . I can’t change my apn number either it won’t save . I have phone 12 pro max .

Resolved! Account deactivated

my account is deactivated although 90 days have not passed. I got an email on 3rd Sep at 10:30 am that it will be deactivated after 5 days but I am not able to see any options today (6th Sep)  to make payment now if I login to the account.
