Hi, I just changed my subscription to Canada/ us/ Mexico……activation was today. Data and text messaging are working but phone calls are not. I have restarted my phone numerous times and also toggled between airplane mode …nothing has worked ……what should I do next ?

@Margie33 try clicking Reset Network Settings on the phone
But if that does not resolve the calling issue, ask PM CS agent to re-provision the account
Please open ticket with PM support:
