Public Mobile no reception on two phones

Switched to PM just under a month ago. Now both my wife's phone and mine have no reception, we can't make calls, take calls, or send/receive texts.I've tried restarting my phone, turning on and off my e sim, airplane mode. Any other suggestions?

It is very difficult to get in touch with Public Mobile.  I just wanted to remove my credit card and get my refund.  As I join Public Mobile on May 21, 2025 in the afternoon BUT cancelled my service in the evening and was charged for $26???
