How can I view a Community Thread where the oldest posts appear at the top by default.  It is very hard to follow when the newest posts are presented first.

Is it true that PM can/will retract 'bonus' points given to accounts that have moved over to points voluntarily?According to CS_Agent Nataly, customers who received bonus points will have them removed. This did happen to one person I know, but not me...
