Your esim could not be installed

I paid and then my esim wouldn't install to my phone. I went to transfer my old number and the temp number and my old number wouldn't connect. It has been three days and I cannot contact anyone. Please help. I have a pixel 9

I can't login to buy anything or change the SIM because I don't have the phone number attached to my account, there isn't an email option either 

Can you still login on the PM app on the phone? When asked for 2FA , click Didn't Receive Code or Resend code and then choose Send email to receive it via email

If you can login the app that way, buy a new eSIM from Account -> Purchase Sim Card -> eSIM .  A new eSIM should resolve the issue.  (Pay the $5 first and ask PM to reimburse after)

Yes I did both of those but it's not working. I had data for a few hours when inactivated it and then it went out. And says no service. I tried to call 611 but i have no service. I checked the setting and my esim says unknown number

Did you use the PM app to subscribe? If you didz the app would have installed the eSIM for you. 

And have you removed the old provider sim card or disable the old provider eSIM? Remove or disable it.  Go to SIM Manager and cojfirk PM sim is the only one there and enabled and set as Primary.  Then Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
