I recently bought a new SIM card as I thought my old one was bad. I switched phones yesterday, and when entering the new SIM I receive message SIM 1 not allowed error message, as well as Unregistered SIM. I have registered the new SIM on My Account. Is there something wrong with my account? How can I fix this issued?

It said SIM 1, is that a phone with 2 sim slots? Make sure you removed old sim card and only the new PM sim is there. Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
And if it still shows SOS, test the new sim card on another phone if possible

Hi, if you have registered your new sim you can try to reinitialize your cellular settings and reboot the phone.
