I purchased a new phone and put my Sim card in it from my old phone, it's saying unregistered simcard and is unable to connect to network. I have no idea why and I need my phone to work immediately. I've submitted multiple tickets and waited hours for a response to no avail. I'm getting supremely frustrated with public mobile. Not to mention my correct sign in information takes me to the subscription process and not to my active subscription account and that issue was "resolved" months ago apparently but is still doing the same thing. I cant even see my account to troubleshoot if possible on my own.

Did you reset the Network settings and reboot your phone after placing the old SIM in your new phone?
If it still didn’t work then you need to wait for a reply from a CS_Agent.
Never had this issue when I switch the SIM between my iPhones and Samsung phones.
