I received a text on Dec 1 saying my card expires in 30 days. I updated my credit card details today, but it still suspended my account. I cant find a way to manually make a payment. Calling *611 requires a pin that doesn't exist.Help!

my line doesnt allow 1888 numbers to be called

I have 3 phones with Public and 2 can call 1 888 numbers but mine cant. I have tried a few and they all dont connect. I think it may be blocked on my line in the backend. Can you please address this. Thanks.
