Unable to port number from Telus

Hello, I am unable to port my number from Telus I get a notification saying phone number unable to port. I have attempted to speak to SIMon but the page will not open.

Have I lost my discount?

Got a new bank card and forgot to update autopay so account was deactivated this morning, entered new card and account is back up and running but I had to pay the full $55 instead of the usual $35 ($20 discount). Have I lost the $20 discount?
