For some reason I am not getting the SMS from Public Mobile when I try to Port my phone out.
Is there an easier way to request another sms?

If you didn't receive the confirmation text then you need to have your new carrier contact PM to resend the confirmation text. Your PM account must be active to receive tgmhe text with the PM SIM in your phone.

I am on Esim for both have dual sim on but keeping it all to PM until I receive this SMS. I have submitted a ticket but no one has responded yet. I am waiting 😕

Have you tried resubmitting the port request through your new carrier? Also, you would need to keep your Public SIM inserted to receive the verification message.
If that does not help, you could contact a Public agent by ticket or private message (CS_Agent) and they could assist you.
