I know it is a pain to port number out from Fongo and I also got a text message from PM saying "We're having trouble transferring your number. Someone from our team will contact you shortly ..." But so far no one from PM contacts me. There is no live agent that I can talk to but only a chat bot that keeps on repeating the same thing over and over again. I just want to get some updates if there is any problem of porting the number.

did you provide PM the Fongo account number?
call the PM porting team and ask them what is needed. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them
