Cannot send texts

Recently ported my number from Rogers to Public with an e sim and I guess I messed up the porting options when using Primary and Cellular Data for my options because now I cannot send text messages to Androids. Help please I’ve been having so many issues

Are you able to receive any texts? I had a similar issue and created a support ticket  and the reps did a refresh for me and gave instructions for Android and iPhone to reset  the connection this resolved my issue.

@Ella_900 , are you using an iPhone?  If you default to iMessage, you will not be able to text android users.
