Hello I just recently posted over from Rogers and using a d iPhone 15 I am unable to receive any text messages but data and calls are working fine. I am. It sure what t/s steps I can do I have reset the network connections and still has no luck.
Are you able to receive any texts? I had a similar issue and created a support ticket and the reps did a refresh for me and gave instructions for Android and iPhone to reset the connection this resolved my issue.
