Reward Add-on Swap

Hello,

I ran out of data a few days ago and decided to redeem some of my reward points for the Reward 1GB data Add-on. Unfortunately, it looks like what I got was the Reward 1GB US Data (15d), and it looks like I cannot use it because I am in Canada. What I should have gotten was the Reward 1GB Add-on.

Can you replace the Reward 1GB US Data (15d) add on in my profile to a Reward 1GB data Add-on.

If it is an honest mistake, PM CS agent usually would help with switching the addons to the proper one, you will just need to engage them by submitting tickets

Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

I don't think reward add-ons can be changed or refunded. You could contact an agent, but I don't think they can do anything.
