Cancel porting and subscription

I'm not able to get my number ported and I have been at this all day. I'm a senior and this is very difficult.  And, am I being charged now without having activated my SIM? This is very time consuming and stressful.

To activate your SIM and account. You need to download the PM app on your phone. If you activated your SIM on your computer. You need to complete the activation on the PM app.

@AL59_10   Although you are charged upfront (Public Mobile is prepaid) your cycle doesn't begin until the sim is activated.  You can get help from Public Mobile support by sending a private message using this link
