From the Niagara falls area, unable to make calls. Data is fine. Just calls will not connect through. And yes my account is paid in full. Tried Telus outage map and don't see any issues. Tried restarting my phone 3 or 4 times and no help. Anyone else?

Your phone is not VoLTE compatible with Public mobile network. Likely in your area, you don't have 850 Mhz band anymore. So, you will have voice issues with your phone depending on the nearest cell phone number since you will be only using 1900 Mhz band. Your options include upgrading your phone to a VoLTE compatible phone with PM or switch to another carrier that accepts your phone for VoLTE.

Thanks for the response. My phone's data is fine. Just can't make calls. Show's up in my log as not connected. Have a OnePlus Nord 100. Any help would be great. Tried to open a ticket and it keeps asking me to log in but I am already logged in.
Thanks in advance

Just to add to above post.
Even if your phone has 1900 MHz capability, it still may have issues with access Public mobile network. The device's ability to connect to the 1900 MHz network depends on the customer's device and location (how far away from nearest cell tower), as this frequency has a more limited range and less building penetration compared to 850 MHz.
In the areas being affected by this network change, Public mobile is sending texts to customers who will be affected by this change. However, sometimes the customers may not receive this text (ie. if they were out of the service area, when the mass texts were sent).

hi @Jonrob
what phone do you have?
Telus is refarming all of their 850 to 10 MHz LTE B5 in their markets, mainly BC, AB, Windsor, Ottawa, GTA area Montreal, Quebec City. Bell has not done this, so it won't affect area that has Bell networks which Telus/PM use
So, if your phone has only 850 Band 5 on the phone but lacks 1900 Mhz, if your phone were bought from another country, or an imported model, then you might be impacted
On the other hand, if the phone has 1900 Mhz, or it is a Canadian/US model, it likely won't be impacted and won't see service degraded
