I'm trying to switch to a cheaper plan and the regular options won't let me. Customer service representatives say it isn't an option but we all know it's a click of a button.  Any ideas on how to help?
Been getting THOUSANDS of spam calls on this number. Most of them saying that they got my number from Koodo, aka Telus... This is extremely aggravating. How do I make it stop?
