Almost 24 hrs i can’t make a call and can’t be called after i subscribed and pay, any help ?

Check your private message inbox.  I will send you the phone number for the Telus team porting number.  May need to put back your Bell SIM card to receive the port request text from Bell.  Answer "yes" when you receive that text.

Hey @Ofel 

If I may add to this, try two things. Can you try your SIM card in a different phone to see if you encounter the same problems? Another option, which sounds like it may work, go into your settings on your phone, find the network settings and reset them and then reboot. This in theory should resolve issues you're having.

My data and outgoing call is working except the incoming call which i cant hear a phone ring and the caller said it goes straight to voicemail.. Thank in advance  for the help.

cellularndatabis working now but the incoming calls doesnt ring to my cp and it goes direct to voicemail. Any help please.

use of wifi isn't related to your Public Mobile account.

so did you use the Public Mobile app to activate your new account ? If so, did you initiate port from your (still active) old provider ? You must leave old sim in cell until you get the SMS from old provider.  You must reply YES within 90 minutes of receipt of port SMS message. Did all this occur ?

Do data and text messaging services work?  If no apsects of the service work, this could either be a compatibility issue or an issue with the account not being set up properly.  If possible, I would encourage tryng your SIM card in another device to rule out any device issues.
