I tried to create a subscription with public mobile, but encountered problems while registering after entering the card details. My subscription was not activated but my card is charged now. How to remove my card number from the account?
Can't login to the account as I don't have access to this phone number. When I tried it requires me to enter an otp sent to the phone number but I am not using that number

were you using the PM app? if you have not used the app yet, you will need to download PM app and complete the subscription.
but if you need PM, you will need to open a ticket. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
