Hi Public Mobile team,
I recently activated a new eSIM with Public Mobile (no number porting). I can make outgoing calls, send texts, and use data with no issues. However, I cannot receive incoming calls—they all go straight to voicemail.
Here’s what I’ve already done:
I also submitted a support ticket, but haven’t received a response yet.
Could someone from the @CS_Agent team please check if my account and eSIM are properly provisioned for voice service? Everything else works, just not incoming calls.

Try Reset Network Settings first
If the sim still does not work, ask PM to check
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
