We ported and I tested calling after installing the esim. Now he can't recieved or send text messages, we have turned rcs texting completely off and still having issues calls go straight to voicemail when I call but he can call out. He is activity working and his work requires his phone working and he only communicate over facebook messenger. This Port happened more then 14hrs ago

I can't create a ticket as I do t have his IMEI... But I'm seeing if I can meet him and get some info from him like the IMEI... Bell sent the message, which we agreed to the Port.. the porting screen got all 4 check marks... And he is able to call out and has data... The old Bell sim has been removed before doing so I can confirm the bell sim was reporting unknown number so that would tell me the Port completed...

let's put the text issue aside, it could be due to the fact that you cannot receive incoming call/text and they cannot validate for RCS activation
but first, can you receive inbound calls? Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?
