Text incoming

Friend of mine can’t sent me a text however I am able to get other incoming texts no sure what the issue is

check to see if you've accidentally blocked messages from your friend.

You can get incoming calls ?

And text Issue only with 1 friend? Ask your friend to check his side as well.  He could be sending iMessage or RCS and not SMS

And for you, Reboot phone

clear app cache f you have and Android.
