My husband's plan expired because he didn't update credit card info. How can this be reactivated?

@Gordyoung

for fast relief, consider getting payment vouchers.  Then dial 611 to add them to his account to Resume service.  Here's a list of retail stores to buy the vouchers in your area...

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/payment-voucher

Another option is to use on-line vouchers...many Public Mobile customers have success using www.muskbird.com.

@FK5 login My Account and then use this link to load money

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

And which province your number from? You might need to add E-911 fees as well

How do you make a manual payment?

As long as the account hasn't been in suspension for 90 days, your husband can log into the Public Mobile account and update the credit card.  A manual payment will need to be made to resume service.
