Hi everyone,
I really need assistance on this one as this issue is absolutely driving me crazy. I’ve recently upgraded to the iPhone 17 Pro Max and my reception in data and calls keeps cutting in and out. I’ve tried everything…resetting my phone, network settings, buying a new eSIM and reinstalling… and nothing works.. I have even upgraded my phone plan and the issue keeps occurring.
Anyone had this issue before? How do I fix it… If not I will be leaving Public Mobile as this is very irritating.

Did you try locking your network to one type? Instead of Automatic network mode, try use only 5G On and only 4G (or LTE) and check if it helps

Thanks for the tip, I have submitted a ticket. I am located in Ontario in the GTA.
Even the process of submitting this message was difficult with it cutting out every 2 seconds and reconnecting…

Are you in BC or AB,? There were any service issues in the 2 provinces last week
But also ask PM to re-provision your account
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
