Need help

I have been with Public for a month and can receive texts from Android/Samsung users on my iPhone , but can’t send them. I didn’t change any settings from my previous supplier and could send texts. Does anyone know how I can fix this?@CS_Agent

Why can't I cancel my account that is not accessible. The account # is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Purchased Aug 28. Was never activated and debited the funds from my Visa account. I do hope I can get some real help with this situation.
