the eSIM session has ended and no longer in use. I have messaged the PM CS agent requesting to update the SIM number to his account.

Had to put in the old carrier SIM and accept the transfer services text. Approved it and now the public SIM is working. Thank you!

Hi there, Old SIM has been removed and phone is not compatible with eSiM. Network has been reset, still getting the SOS status.
